SenDEC surface mounted, inductive input meters are available in models designed to monitor all types of Petrol-powered engines. These hour meters, with built in tachometer functionality and SenDEC Flash Alert™ that flashes required maintenance at preset intervals. Epoxy encapsulation protects this meter from shock and vibration and seals out the harshest environments. The self-contained power source ensures continuous display of total run hours or RPM. Installation is quick and easy - simply wrap the pickup wire around the outside of the spark plug wire. Strong pick up reception lets you locate the meter 2.5M (or more) away from the source.

Hour meter, tachometer, dual Flash Alerts. Flashes "CHG OIL" & "LUBE" at 25 Hour intervals with total flash time of 2 hours.

For most single and twin four-cycle gasoline engines, 1 spark = 1 rpm.

NOTE: This is NOT a RACING meter, so please do not buy one if you intend to look at the tachometer for some reason going 200kph down a race track as it is small, updates at 1 second intervals (so you may miss the point where your piston goes through the block) and that is silly anyway - get the proper thing. These are an economically priced hourmeter with a tachometer function.

Unit dimensions 52mm x 37mm x 13mm and the screen size 22mm x 8mm so yes it is very compact!
